Simplify password creation (not seen by user). Add helper to map LTI roles to CDO user_type. More explicit error checking of params on LTI launch. Take ino account that Students may be < 13 and so use hashed_emails. Set default ages for Teachers and Students. Remove need to skip User validation on save(). Add tests as directed.
