A few fixes here:
(1) The show_image function was not returning URLs properly because of the way it tried to access the asset_url function from outside of a view. Moved the function from levels_helper to application_helper to fix that problem (thanks, Laurel!). This means that the images we use for facebook/twitter sharing are now correct (they were failing a falling back to a generic logo image)
(2) The logo image PNG icon used when you add one of our pages to the home screen on iOS contained an alpha channel, which messed up the logo so it looked like one big black rectangle (instead of the expected four keyboard keys are C, O, D, and E). Saved a new _noalpha version of the logo with white in the background and switched to using that in the meta tag.
(3) Changed a string in block and in dashboard to reference the new term "Play Lab" when sharing Play Lab apps.

    feat(apps): link `@code-dot-org/component-library` to `apps`

    This PR links the newly separated `@code-dot-org/component-library` to the `apps` code base. This is a first of many pull requests which aims to migrate component usages from `apps/src/componentLibrary` to their equivalent usages in `@code-dot-org/component-library`.

    This pull request uses Yarn's portal protocol to ensure the artifacts are built prior to usage. Additionally, the grunt `prebuild` task now builds `@code-dot-org/component-library` prior to its usage in `apps` to ensure the library is available for usage. Since this library uses turbo repo, any subsequent builds with an untainted workspace will be fully cached, thus slightly speeding up the build time for all contributors.

    Follow up work includes:
    1. Determining the strategy to link sass/scss
    2. Migrating each component from `apps/src/componentLibrary` to the equivalent usage in `@code-dot-org/component-library`

fix(header): guard empty sections + make Incubator placement robust

- HelpButton renders only when supportLinks is non-empty (matching CreateMenu's
  guard), so an empty support list no longer shows a '?' opening an empty menu (#4).
- Hamburger section dividers render only between non-empty sections; empty
  support/global no longer leaves stray or stacked separators (#5).
- Incubator is placed after Donate when present, else appended, and skipped when
  the global nav already supplies it — it can no longer vanish or duplicate for
  configs that rename/drop Donate or list Incubator themselves (#6).
- Tests: empty-section dividers, no-Donate + duplicate-Incubator, Help-absent.
