I was going to suggest removing the test since cdo-tutorials is out of commission, so totally fine with me 🎉

Reverts #69139
The previous PR caused the test build to fail because
first-nighthasn't been added tocdo-tutorials. However,cdo-tutorialsis no longer being used so I decided to remove the test entirely as I don't think it's testing anything relevant. Open to discussion on that decision, though!
