Stack from ghstack (oldest at bottom):
Add an internal opt-in checker entry point that consumes implicit arrows and records each required dictionary by expression identity and argument slot. Preserve unresolved inference variables in goal notes while ordinary solved substitutions flow through context cleanup. Suppress speculative goals from both annotation-redundancy probes.
The normal source pipeline continues using the existing checker entry point. Results from the new internal entry point are provisional: callers must resolve every determined goal, insert dictionaries, and verify the resulting core before storing or evaluating it.
Regression tests cover reference sites, implicit arrows between explicit arguments, ordered consecutive goals, solved and unresolved inference variables, and duplicate-goal prevention.
Full validation: all 13 unit suites, 22 CLI integration tests, 391 transcripts, edit/load round trips, manual rewrites, docs HTML generation, compiled fix5507 regression, and formatting passed.
