Stack from ghstack (oldest at bottom):

Count dictionary parameters in physical arity, follow their result types, and preserve contravariance in their inputs. Keep source-level explicit arrow spines separate, so printing still distinguishes => from ->.

This internal follow-up to the implicit-arrow representation changes 10 production lines. Eight additional regressions cover arity with effects, quantified functions, result traversal and replacement, variance, and positive/negative effect variables. All 22 focused representation and utility tests pass; full validation is recorded in the proof files before publication.

Full validation: all 13 unit suites, 22 CLI integration tests, 391 transcripts, edit/load round trips, manual rewrites, docs HTML generation, compiled fix5507 regression, and formatting passed.
