Fixes #143 (#143)

Same shape as #141/PR #142, for the three remaining workspaces whose tests were run by nothing:

  • packages/console/app/package.json, packages/stats/app/package.json, packages/stats/core/package.json: add "test": "bun test".
  • turbo.json: add @opencode/console-app#test, @opencode/stats-app#test, @opencode/stats-core#test (dependsOn transit, outputs [], matching the other per-workspace tasks).

@opencode/console-function, @opencode/console-resource and @opencode/stats-server have no test files, so they deliberately get no task.

Verified locally: bun turbo test --filter=@opencode/stats-core --filter=@opencode/stats-app --filter=@opencode/console-app → 3 successful tasks; 44 + 16 + 50 = 110 tests pass, 0 fail (the same counts as running bun test in each directory by hand). Pre-push check passes (one retry needed: @opencode/cli typecheck is OOM-killed under the hook's parallel run in this sandbox; it passes standalone and via cache).

…via turbo

Adds a bun test script to @opencode/console-app, @opencode/stats-app and
@opencode/stats-core plus matching per-workspace #test tasks in turbo.json,
so the 110 existing tests (50 + 16 + 44, all passing) execute under
bun turbo test in CI instead of being run by nothing.

console-function, console-resource and stats-server have no test files,
so they deliberately get no task.
