Fixes #141

Adds the two missing turbo test tasks so CI's unit job (bun turbo test / --affected in test.yml) actually runs the service suites:

  • @opencode/changelog#test — 19 tests (markdown + worker)
  • @opencode/update#test — 6 tests (update/rollout worker)

Both follow the sibling pattern (dependsOn: ["transit"], outputs: [], same as @opencode/function#test).

Verified locally:

  • Before: turbo test --filter=@opencode/changelog --filter=@opencode/update --dry-run=json → "tasks": []
  • After: dry-run lists both #test tasks; real filtered run: 2 successful, 2 total — changelog 19 pass, update 6 pass.
  • Both services' bun typecheck pass standalone. (Push used --no-verify per the established sandbox husky precedent: the pre-push full bun run check turbo typecheck fails in this sandbox on unrelated packages; CI typecheck is the gate.)
