Back out the removal of OPT_X_TLS and OPT_X_TLS_CTX options#491

The OPT_X_TLS and OPT_X_TLS_CTX options will be removed in 3.5.0. But for now, we're bringing them back for the users who may still depend on them (please, migrate as soon as possible). |
