Issue description:

I pinned my dependency as python-ldap~=3.4.0. My code was working.
I reinstalled the dependencies, and my code no longer worked.

Steps to reproduce:

Use OPT_X_TLS with python-ldap~=3.4.0 in your requirements.txt file.

Linux

Python version:

Python 3.8

python-ldap version:

3.4.2
