Yes, that is the plan. Bump to 1.0 on acceptance (even if there are no completed PRs awaiting a version, although there probably will be, since we'll do minor API-breaking renaming things first). Then immediately merge things from contributors that are ready to go, which will probably encourage a near-immediate 1.1 release with their improvements! |

Doesn't submitting the papers justify a version bump? @jhprinz, I assume you're in favor of another release at this point. If I don't hear from you by noon tomorrow (just over 12 hours from now) I'll assume it's okay to merge this and do a release.
