Included is more logging on failure, for submodules, a
git resetandgit cleanstage, along with only updating the current submodule, and force-removing thenode_modulesdirectory to ensure local tests are run as-up-to-date as the dailycrontests are. Also included is a partial baseline update - the chrome devtools see some churn, while electron has updated to no longer have an error. Firebase had a release that introduced an error, but it's on their end and they already accepted a PR with a fix, so that should stop failing when they republish.This fixes most of our failing user tests, and the occasional failure error you'd seen when the submodule tests changed.
