[[ Bug 20814 ]] Fix print to pdf#6335

Ensure that when there is no library mapping, the original library path (including ./ if it was there) is used in the resolution step so that it is resolved relatively. Also, push up `open printing to dst` error handling, and throw in context if printing to a destination fails, so that the error msg is displayed.
