* Make minor improvements.
* Use `ș` instead of `ş` and `ț` instead of `ţ`
  (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romanian_alphabet).

* Remove some of the outdated content.
* Translate some of the newly added content.
* Make other minor improvements.
