This pull request updates the curl dependency version from 7.64.0 to 8.20.0 across multiple target and platform configurations in .ci.yaml. The version 8.20.0 does not exist for curl (upstream curl versions currently go up to 8.12.0, making 8.20.0 an invalid version). This will cause the CI platform to fail when resolving the CIPD dependency. This is likely a typo for 8.2.0.
