Update to the latest .NET Core SDK #65
Description
In the meantime, there were some big changes in how .NET Core should be deployed and compiled: they got rid of project.json, and F# support was significantly stabilized.
I'd like to convert the project to the latest stable .NET Core SDK (i.e. .NET Core 1.x, but not yet to 2.0-preview).
