Teacher dashboard: Fix teacher view default course#9744

The survey and the per-level assessment results were only showing properly after changing the course in the teacher dashboard using the dropdown menu. This fix makes them show properly when the page is initially loaded too.

Should all this javascript be in it's own file? I didn't even realize this was a haml file. Not familiar with angular though.

Good question. Ideally probably, and properly processed/minified/etc, but we don't get that in Pegasus anyway. This is how teacher dashboard was first built, so inclined to leave it like this for now.
