Adds an option to have animations be paused by default in a particular level. Completes Axosoft #10.
Behavior when
pauseAnimationsByDefaultis false:sprite.setAnimation()always results in the animation playing, regardless of whether the animation was paused or not before.Behavior when
pauseAnimationsByDefaultis true:sprite.setAnimation()always results in the animation being paused, regardless of whether the animation was paused or not before.No unit tests only because @caleybrock is in the middle of adding a GameLabSpriteTest.js file and I don't want any conflicts. I'll go back and unit-test this behavior once her latest change is merged.
