feat(mosaic): share one avatar upload block across profiles and create organization - #10604
CreateOrganization's logo picker had its own markup and broke the pattern used in UserProfile and OrganizationProfile: an extra Remove button instead of a menu, and the error replaced the description. All three now use one composable AvatarUpload block (src/blocks/avatar-upload/), laid out by the caller: Section parts in the profiles, Field parts in create organization.
AvatarUpload.Root registers with an enclosing Field, so clicking the Logo label in create organization opens the file picker.
FileUpload.Dropzone sets data-drag-rejected when the dragged file's MIME type doesn't match accept, and the avatar shows a blocked icon instead of the arrow. The drop is still allowed and reports the usual error. Extension-only accept entries and blank types are never flagged, since browsers hide file names during a drag.
FileUpload.Root takes an inputId for the hidden input.

omitted so useOptionalFieldControlProps can inherit the Field context value; in
the downstream disabled expression, preserve the field and prop precedence while
defaulting to false only after both are absent, and retain the existing
!onChange condition.
- Line 117: The manage menu and removal action do not honor the explicit
disabled state. Add that state to AvatarUploadContextValue, set it in the Root
provider using field?.disabled before the component-level disabled value, and
pass it to ActionMenu in the useAvatarUploadContext consumer; do not use the
combined FileUpload.Root disabled value, since it also depends on onChange.
Walkthrough
The pull request adds the compound AvatarUpload block and uses it for organization logo and user profile picture rows. It updates FileUpload to expose drag-rejection state and accept a caller-supplied hidden-input ID. Organization creation now uses the shared picker, and tests cover its manage/remove actions and label-triggered file picker. Documentation, reuse guidance, messages, and a changeset are updated.
Logo controls can remain usable while a form is disabled or a profile change is pending. These bounded interaction issues should be fixed or explicitly accepted before merging.

After choosing a logo, the Remove and Upload buttons give way to a Manage logo menu with Change logo and Remove logo. A text file's error now shows below the field, and the description stays.

A Field.Rootdisabled value never reaches AvatarUpload.Root.
Line 56 defaults disabled to false. Line 57 passes that false to useOptionalFieldControlProps. That hook computes disabled ?? context.disabled. Because false is not nullish, field.disabled is always false and the Field context value is ignored.
CreateOrganization renders <Field.Root disabled={disabled}> around this block. While the form is disabled, for example during submit, the logo stays changeable. The preview can then differ from the logo that was submitted.
Leave disabled as undefined so the Field value can apply.

The manage menu ignores the disabled state.
ActionMenu receives no disabled prop. FileUpload.Trigger and openFilePicker honor disabled, but onRemove does not. While a profile row is pending (disabled={logo.isPending}), the menu stays open for use. The user can start Remove during an in-flight change. In CreateOrganization, the user can also use the menu while the Field is disabled.
Do not reuse the combined disabled from FileUpload.Root. That value also includes !onChange, which would block Remove for a user who can remove but not change. Put the explicit disabled state (field?.disabled ?? disabled) in AvatarUploadContext and pass it to ActionMenu.
Also add disabled: boolean to AvatarUploadContextValue. Then change the Root provider value to { name, imageUrl, hasImage, canChange: Boolean(onChange), onRemove, disabled: field?.disabled ?? disabled ?? false }.
