pymath 0.2.0 depends on malachite-bigint = "^0", so the example projects, which build without a lock file, now resolve it to the newly released 0.13.0. The workspace still pins 0.12.0, so crates/stdlib/src/math.rs sees two different BigInt types and "Build example projects" fails on main.

This updates malachite-bigint, malachite-q and malachite-base to 0.13.0 (malachite-nz follows in the lock file). No source changes were needed.

Checked locally: release build, both example projects, workspace clippy and cargo test, crates/capi tests, and test_int, test_long, test_math, test_fractions, test_decimal, test_float, test_complex, test_statistics, test_random, test_cmath, test_builtin, test_json, test_struct, test_bigmem.
