Overall, great App have been using it for a really long time. But recently started having this issue of my feed not loading i’ve tried reinstalling and restarting the multiple times. Have checked AppStore for update have. Even for my phone I have checked. Nothing. It’s not working. Basically, I search something up and I click on a short and it doesn’t let me swipe up or I click on a video it doesn’t show me my feed. It does not work. It keeps showing loading for shorts and blank for vids. Never had this problem before on any other devices I use. Plz request the team to fix this issue.

Since updating to iOS 26, while watching a video, if I tap on the bottom right button to change the orientation to portait and then again to landscape, the entire video screen shifts to top left corner in the landscape view, and the remaining portion of the screen remains blank/empty. I then have to again tap on the orientation button, bring it to portrait and then again switch to landscape to make it right.2. Feedback Section Bug (I mentioned this bug in my previous review too months ago, but no fix has been there for this yet):a. The Help & Feedback section in Settings does not allow uploading relevant screenshots or additional details of the error that I want to report.b. Instead, it automatically attaches a screenshot of the Settings page and a data log, with no option to remove or replace them.c. This issue has been there since too long (2023). It started on my iPhone 7 Plus (iOS 15–15.8) and persists on my iPhone 16 Pro Max (iOS 18–18.1.1). iOS 26 is the latest version of iOS on phone right now, and its still there.3. Update Transparency:a. Please provide detailed update notes instead of vague and unhelpful descriptions like “Fixed some bugs, the space-time continuum, and took the day off...blah blah blah"b. Users deserve to know which issues were addressed, and if their reports/feedbacks/concerns were at all taken into consideration or not. Transparency builds trust.- These bugs are repetitive and severely impact usability.- They happen every time I use the app. It’s been months, and no fixes have been provided for those older issues and the latest one needs fixing too.

I dont know why do you guys release updates when you just have to create a new bug and remove the old one. Basically you people are not making app any better. In the previous versions the app would crash or videos would stop on their own and then when the update comes you cant comment or the video wont sync with the audio. Please fix this thing once and for all and release updates which actually fix thibgs instead of making it worse. THANK YOU!!!

It frequently suggests low-quality content and recycles the same recommendations without recognizing what users enjoy or seek to learn next. For an app designed to evolve with its users, it’s essential to refine your algorithms to better understand and cater to individual preferences and knowledge levels. Offering more diverse and advanced content as users grow should be a priority. Please consider this critical feedback as a call to action. Improvement in these areas is crucial for providing a valuable and engaging user experience. Without noticeable changes, users, including myself, might have to reconsider our continued use of this platform.
