As someone who discovered the potential of digital tools later in life, I am truly impressed with the capabilities of Google Forms. Recently, I designed my first form, customizing the fields and sharing the link for our CHIRAYU 4H Coaching initiative. This program is dedicated to helping committed individuals improve their habits around health and hygiene to enhance their overall healthspan. The ease and efficiency of Google Forms have made it an invaluable tool in streamlining this process and reaching a broader audience.

As someone who’s been using Microsoft Excel since school, switching to Google Sheets was a big change. But once i got the hang of it, it totally changed how we work in our Start-up! It’s helped us creat our own little work eco system. Excellent features.. and might i say.. its surpassed MO Excel. The only the thing that i feel is left to make this the undisputed champion of spreadsheets is the optimisation for IPad. Unfortunately, its not [ossible to work between multiple google sheets at the same time. The formatting (functions) between two separate tabs / sheets within the same google sheet is not possible, making out very difficult to amend spreadsheets on the go, if youre on an iPad. Also you cannot open two different sheets in the split view, which is kind of difficult where working with number / information from multiple spreadsheets. Not sure if this needs a google update or a apple update, but sure hope and look forward to this being rectified at the earliest. That’s probably the only thing stopping me from investing into the new iPad Pro - as 90% off my work is biased on spread sheets!

Google Sheets is a reliable app for viewing and making basic edits on the go. It’s smooth, syncs well across devices, and works great for quick tasks. However, it lacks many of the advanced features available on desktop, which limits its usefulness for serious work.For starters, mobile users should be able to create personal filter views even in view-only files—just like on desktop. Pivot tables and conditional formatting are also essential tools that are either missing or too limited in the mobile version. Navigating and linking cell references across multiple sheets is clunky, and editing data validation rules or dropdowns is barely supported.If Google could bring at least 80% of the desktop functionality to mobile, this app would be a powerhouse. Until then, it’s best for light edits and quick checks—not full-scale data work.

It simplify my work. I can check my all office work through mobile.I would suggest a feature for google as someone like me have tones of google sheets files for example 100s of file and there are home related files business files some personal stuff for my calculations. Now the bad thing is whenever is open older file, google bring that file on top. And it is very hard to find particular file from that 100s of file. If and only that mess easily solved when google sheets introduce folder options. So that people can organize the file like Home folder office folder personal folder. That will make work a breeze and clutter free. I wish and hope that google will check on that.
