Unless you're the type who's circle is full of apple users and you use Facetime by default....this is the go to video calling app for personal use. It's better than WhatsApp and easier to use than the likes of Skype and zoom, the app is simple and comes with a nice clean UI. The video quality is clean and works surprisingly well on relatively patchy connections which is probably the most important thing in India. The one problem I keep facing is the random camera jitter / blur when I switch to the back camera rendering it effectively useless during video calls. I've checked and confirmed that this is NOT a hardware issue. Fix this and you're golden. Cheers!
Duo for online music classes

My use of DUO is v frequent for calls with friends and family, it works quite well.I regularly use duo to learn music online from my teacher. Classical music requires a tanapura or harmonium playing in the background. However, when my teacher sings and plays the instrument at the same time, DUO goes awry- the person at the other end can either hear the instrument sound or the vocal, never both together. Can this be rectified with any settings, or is this an engineering gap?Also DUO usually works well for 30 mins then the call quality drops, not sure if that is attributed to the network though

Facing problem while receiving images

I am unable to receive photos and videos send to me via duo. A notification appears on the screen that a message has been received but when I click on the notification, there isn’t any message. I also confirmed from sender whether he or she has sent a message. It appears there is a bug in the app that doesn’t allow the photos and videos to be displayed in the app. Also, history doesn’t show any messages received. There isn’t any problem in calling, calling function works fine. I need help so that I can receive images and videos( All permissions have been give to the app in the setting)
