Adds a Cmd+\ / Ctrl+\ shortcut to toggle hidden UI mode in the builder.
In hidden UI mode, the sidebars, footer, and topbar are hidden so the canvas gets the full workspace. The topbar stays mounted and can be temporarily revealed by moving the pointer to the top edge, with a short slide animation. Open topbar menus/popovers keep it visible until they close.
