Add the Author line to the license headers of the new files.
This PR adds two files under lib/. Each header has the MIT license line but no Author line. The repository guideline requires an Author line that names the real author of each new file.
lib/library/ExportBindingRuntimeModule.js#L1-L3: addAuthor <Name> @<github-handle>after the MIT license line.lib/library/exportBindingWrites.js#L1-L3: addAuthor <Name> @<github-handle>after the MIT license line.
As per coding guidelines: "When adding a new file, set the Author line to its actual author (Author <Name> @<github-handle>) — don't copy another file's author line."

🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Re-parse with the module's configured parse function, not the default parser.
ConcatenatedModule._analyseModule re-parses generated code with JavascriptParser._getModuleParseFunction(this.compilation, m). It also enables importPhases only when the experiments are on. This helper always calls JavascriptParser._parse with the default parser. A user can set a custom parse function for module.parser.javascript, and that parser can accept syntax that the default parser rejects. The generated body keeps that syntax. If the default parser rejects it, _parse throws inside afterCodeGeneration, and the build fails. The failure affects only module-library entries that have a wrapped live export.
Pass the compilation and the module into exportBindingWrites from both call sites in ModuleLibraryPlugin.js (Line 217 and Line 327). Then use the same parse-function selection that ConcatenatedModule uses.
Proposed direction

To be honestly I don’t like how AI resolve it, we are working on scopes so we can union it with more simple code…

Me too, it introduce much too much complexity here, i think we should avoid |

Summary
Preserve live ESM library exports when top-level await, module factories, or merged entries prevent direct native bindings; reexports and aliases now observe later writes without discarding earlier rendering hooks.
