Users with ESLint 10 couldn't install
eslint-plugin-wdiowithout--legacy-peer-depsdue to the peer dependency being locked to^9.x.This change extends the peer dependency range to
^9.39.2 || ^10.0.0to allow ESLint 10.Verification
Verified that ESLint 10 does not break the plugin functionality: installed
eslint-plugin-wdio@^9.26.1witheslint: ^10.1.0andglobals: ^16.5.0with--legacy-peer-depsall rules work correctly.Relates to #15084.
