背景
BytePlus Studio 在不使用
--from-source部署时，函数在线依赖安装由 VeFaaS 平台侧执行，并使用 BytePlus 内部 PyPI 镜像https://mirrors.ivolces.com/pypi/simple。当该镜像未同步目标veadk-python版本时，指定--veadk-version会在依赖安装阶段直接失败；不指定版本时也存在 resolver 选到旧版本、与本地 CLI 生成的run.sh不兼容的风险。改动
--from-source的 Studio 部署路径中，在生成的requirements.txt顶部加入--extra-index-url https://pypi.org/simple。--from-source部署路径不变。验证
