    On it! PR targeting dev/v4-fin: #431

    Changes:

    • Replaced the rate-limited Infura public key with https://ethereum.publicnode.com as the fallback RPC
    • Added dev/v4 and dev/v4-fin to CI branch triggers (tests weren't running on v4 pushes at all)
    • Fixed two mypy type errors in v4 code (bytes→str fallback in token decode, get_logs attribute)

    Waiting on CI to confirm everything passes.
