On systems where /etc/resolv.conf is absent (e.g. Debian buildd servers), dns.resolver.Resolver() raises NoResolverConfiguration. - test_clear: use a temporary resolv.conf file instead of the system one - test_raise_dns_tcp, test_noraise_dns_tcp: use Resolver(configure=False) since these tests already set their own nameservers - socket_resolve_green.py: provide a fallback resolv.conf when the system file is missing Closes #963 Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
