Drop alerts_policy_id in this migration.
The base schema creates this index, but the head no longer declares it. ApplyAllIndexes does not remove indexes that are absent from the desired definitions, so an upgraded database can retain the index and its write overhead.

What are you trying to tell me. Sounds like what you are saying is what we are actually trying to do here.

@dashrews78 My comment was unclear. The migration already drops policies_id, as intended.
I was referring to a different index: alerts_policy_id. This PR also removes its schema declaration, but the migration does not drop it. Removing the declaration prevents its creation in new databases; it does not remove it from existing databases.
The suggested change was to drop alerts_policy_id too—not to change the existing policies_id cleanup.
You are interacting with an AI system.
Restore the generated token service file to the PR base so the policy index cleanup does not include unrelated formatting changes. User request: Can you remove the fucking generated/internalapi/central/v1/token_service.pb.go from the PR. That stupid thing wasn't supposed to change. This change was partially generated by AI.

so apparently this impacts alerts because we re-use objects and annotations. So tooling will need to be updated to not create it on the primary.
Description
Nothing big here. The annotation on the policy ID sql:"pk,index=btree" meant we created an explicit index for the policy ID when Postgres always indexes the primary key. That is totally duplicative.
I saw it, so I'm going to remove it.

How I validated my change
The migration test is sufficient. I did run some explain plans though to verify that after the removal lookups by ID hit the
policies_pkeyindex that is created by default.
