Summary: - Retired the deprecated python test suite; ported to robot test suite `stackql_legacy_cli_surface`. - Merged the two macOS build jobs into a single matrix job (`amd64` / `arm64`), artifact names unchanged. - Enabled the `linux/arm64` sqlite docker robot leg and added it to shard verification. - Preview streaming now renders objects and arrays as JSON and numbers without exponent form. - Test harness supports `stackql_output`, `stackql_delimiter` and `stackql_outfile` kwargs. - Added robot test `Unstable Google Storage Buckets Jsonl Renders Objects As JSON And Numbers Without Exponent`.
