Closes #582. Pass the configured HTTP client directly to the MCP SDK and remove global TLS mutation and leaf-promotion workarounds. Use a dedicated certificate fixture with standard verification. Preserve all 83 existing MCP scenarios and add two TLS rejection scenarios. Validation: full unit suite and all 85 MCP robot tests pass; changed packages pass lint. Full-repository lint reports 20 existing findings in unchanged files.
