Combines four open dependabot PRs into a single change set. Each dependabot commit is cherry-picked verbatim (original author and message preserved), so the branch is the exact union of the four PRs. The two Python bumps both touch
test/poetry.lockand merged cleanly; the only shared line is the Poetry generator header, which both PRs changed identically.Supersedes:
packaging/mcpb/cargo/Cargo.locktest/poetry.lockget-app/package.jsonandget-app/package-lock.jsontest/poetry.lockThe urllib3, werkzeug and undici bumps are security fix releases. Those four dependabot PRs can be closed once this merges.
