get-app: consolidate PR #765/#771 dependency updates without regressions - #776

Description

This change consolidates the overlapping dependency bumps from PRs #765 and #771 for get-app into one coherent update, ensuring the combined upgrade path does not regress get-app behavior or broader repository tests.

• Dependency alignment
  • Upgraded wrangler to ^4.135.0 (newer of the two PR lines).
  • Upgraded @cloudflare/workers-types to ^5.20260920.1 to satisfy wrangler peer expectations.
• Lockfile reconciliation
  • Regenerated get-app/package-lock.json so both intended security/runtime updates are present together:
    • sharp 0.35.4
    • undici 7.29.0
• Resulting state
  • Single consistent dependency graph for get-app, replacing two diverging Dependabot snapshots.
