… on CI) The sync commit carried -c user.name/user.email but the annotated tag did not, so go-publish died on a fresh CI clone with 'empty ident name'. Set the identity once on the clone instead. v0.10.605 was mirror-published via the documented manual fallback; re-runs are no-ops (identical tree).
