Description
Implemented the
RedactHeaderValueutility function within thepushdownpackage. This function transforms sensitive HTTP request fields into character-masked equivalents (replacing alphanumeric characters with 'x') while safely preserving spacing structures, hyphens, and delimiters to aid in debugging without exposing sensitive data.Additionally, the implementation is future-proofed by accepting an allowed list/map of innocuous headers (e.g.,
Content-Type) that are permitted to bypass masking and pass through completely unredacted.Type of change
