正如我在之前PR中所提到的那样，如果 Custom Action 本身的变化不大，那就可以将变化的部分抽出来（比如做一个ComboBox选项），合成一个 Custom Action。如果变化太大，复制操作就没有什么意义。
反而 Export/Import 功能可能会更有用。比如：与其他合作者共享配置等

@love-linger 是想同时给分支和仓库都指定一份自定义操作
另外试用了下 Branch Selector，希望 selector 的默认分支为当前选中的本地分支，远程分支为本地分支对应的远程分支，没有的话则为第一个远程分支。
