Documentation for File (and block) commands is missing. We should consider creating documentation similar to https://github.com/softlayer/softlayer-python/blob/master/docs/cli/vs.rst for file and block.
Documentation updates for File should indicate fileNetworkMountAddress usage.

This change would enable the
slcli file volume-listandslcli file volume-detailcommands to display the NFS Mount Point Address for each volume that it shows.
