Since we deprecated the CCI moniker everywhere in v3, this finishes the job for v4 by removing references to CCIs by renaming args, adjusting output, and docstrings as appropriate.
This also removes the 'cci' alias and the cci page in the documentation indicating that the sub-command and module by that name is deprecated.
