Large removal of triggers/webhooks/OAuth paths; deployed workflows that selected polling groups will break until reconfigured to single credentials.

Overview
Removes the credential sets / email polling groups feature across the product. Team Gmail/Outlook inbox sharing via groups, invite flows (/credential-account), Settings → Email Polling, and related APIs, React Query hooks, contracts, and billing/env gating are deleted.

Webhook and OAuth behavior is simplified: saving triggers no longer fans out one webhook per group member or stores credentialSetId; disconnect no longer syncs group webhooks; OAuth utils drop getCredentialsForCredentialSet. The workflow credential selector only lists personal OAuth accounts (no polling groups or credentialSet: values). Trigger templates drop supportsCredentialSets and adjust resolveOAuthCredential usage.

Docs and internal guides drop email polling groups and CREDENTIAL_SETS_ENABLED; signup no longer treats /credential-account/ as an invite flow.
