@lemire looking into it briefly, this is the only CircleCI job that uses that conanio image. Might be worth checking if we could install clang9 and build-essential onto a fresh ubuntu, or maybe use teeks99/clang-ubuntu:9 if that is possible to do. |

We use conanio elsewhere without problem. |

This is the only image that uses clang9 too-it could also be that, I suppose, except it seems like it's failing in places that aren't running clang9. |

Let us disable libcpp_clang9.
We now have freeBSD tests where clang is the default.
