Improvements to the SCB-Bot #795

As a secureCodeBox developer, I would like to have the following features added to the SCB-Bot to improve the scanners upgrade workflow :

• Move the "versionApi" attribute to the annotation section in the helm chart. This is the attribute that the SCB-Bot uses to check for new releases. Moving the attribute avoids problems when updating the Helm Chart version to v3.3.2 (Info: here)
• Add an action that edits the upgraded scanner's corresponding Helm-docs: The state now is that each PR opened by the SCB-Bot will trigger a Update Helm Docs GitHub-actions workflow. This is unnecessary as the helm-docs can be edited directly in the SCB-Bot's related GitHub-actions workflow.
• Include the new release's changes in the created PR description
