Summary
define.lintcurrently requires users to write an async callback and manually importrstack/lintwhen using bundled presets. This PR injects the lazily loaded Rslint exports into lint configuration factories, enabling concise synchronous callbacks while preserving direct configurations and existing no-argument factories.
