This PR incorporates lessons from migrating create-toolkit to Rstack CLI so future migrations preserve behavior and avoid unnecessary changes.
It clarifies Node.js and peer compatibility checks, dependency cleanup, generated cache and hook directories, staged formatting coverage, and handling of Rslint rules introduced by upgrades.
