create-rstack previously offered only framework-agnostic application templates. This PR renames them to explicit Vanilla JS/TS templates, adds React JS/TS templates based on create-rsbuild, and prompts application users to select a framework while leaving the library flow unchanged. Existing
app-jsandapp-tsCLI aliases continue to resolve to Vanilla.
