Custom Prettier plugins currently bypass the formatting cache because their resolved paths do not identify implementation changes.
This PR adds a memoized fingerprint resolver for installed package plugins using the package name, version, and package-relative entry path. Local, linked, incomplete, and non-file plugins remain uncacheable, and cache behavior is unchanged until the resolver is wired into option hashing.
