SocketAcceptor could be of form (SetupFrame, RequesterRSocket) -> HandlerRSocket on both sides (symmetric), with server signature (SetupFrame, RSocketRequester) -> Mono<SocketAcceptor>, and client signature just (SetupFrame, RSocketRequester) -> SocketAcceptor - as only server is able to reject requests
