Runs the existing bundle build on Rolldown instead of Rollup. Same output layout. Rolldown replaces the alias, commonjs, JSON, node-resolve, Sucrase, string and delete plugins.
CSS: Rolldown no longer bundles CSS, and
preserveModuleswould output one CSS file per module, so a small plugin bundles the CSS imported by each entry into one file (refined-github.css,options.css,options-components.css).Replaces #10222
