sync-pr-commit-title conflicts with GitHub’s backtick parsing #4139

Closed

Description

@fregante
  1. Open a mergeable PR that has `backticks` in the title, like Restore bugs-tab and releases-tab title #4134
  2. Try merging it
  3. The suggested commit title does not include the backticks

    Note: If you add the backticks to the commit title field, it will attempt to update the title (but will cause no issues)

    This is an ugly bug because it keeps dropping backticks right when merging. Example commits just this week: b60ba4f 1a507c5

    All my fault! I started doing merges on mobile due to this. 😃
