Description

Added text labels for GitHub and Discord social icons in the mobile hamburger menu to improve navigation and clarity on mobile devices.

Changes Made

  • Added "GitHub" label beside the GitHub icon in the mobile menu.
  • Added "Discord" label beside the Discord icon in the mobile menu.
  • Kept the desktop navbar unchanged.
  • Added responsive styling so labels are shown only in mobile view.

Fixes #1538
