Description

Implemented smooth CSS transitions for theme switching to eliminate jarring color changes when toggling between dark and light modes. The entire UI now fades gracefully between themes with optimized timing and easing

Fixes #1600

Changes Made

300ms smooth fade between light and dark themes
✅ 200ms snappy button response on click
✅ No jank or flashing - all colors transition together
✅ Natural easing with ease-in-out for polished feel
✅ Persistent theme preference saved

can you do a pull and push, i think latest css changes not updated here , which creates conflicts.
